Intellectual Property – Junior Trademark Associate

Location: Silicon Valley, San Francisco, D.C., or New York

Salary: $225,000 - $260,000

Our client seeks a trademark associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their trademark practice in one of their offices in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, D.C., or New York. The associate will be responsible for trademark prosecution, counseling, and domestic and international enforcement matters.

Qualifications:

• One to three years of experience as a trademark practitioner
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
