Junior-Mid level Telecommunications Associate

Location: Washington, DC

Our client, a leading AM Law 200 firm, seeks a Telecommunications Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join its established practice in Washington, D.C. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of telecommunications issues, including satellite, internet, wireless, and international matters. They will also assist with matters involving mergers, licensing, net neutrality, programming disputes, electronic surveillance law and data privacy.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar membership, active and in good standing, in Washington, D.C.
• 3-4 years of experience in telecommunications law
• Experience working at the FCC/on FCC matters (preferred)
• Excellent research, analysis, and writing and communication skills
• Ability to take on immediate responsibility and collaborate effectively
