Summary
A mid-level associate is sought to join a Litigation group. This position is open in the New York office.
Education
Bar Admission
- Admitted to practice in New York
Experience
- JD class of 2018 to 2020 with strong litigation experience across a variety of practices
- Law firm experience required
- Federal court clerkship is a plus
- Experience with investigations, government enforcement actions, FCPA, and FCA is a plus

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency
In accordance with New York's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York, is $260,000-$310,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. The firm offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
