Job Description:

We are currently seeking mid-level litigation associates with 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Copyright Litigation
• Trademark Litigation
• Trade Secret Litigation
• Consumer Class Action
• Complex Commercial Litigation

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse range of litigation matters for clients in the technology and life sciences sectors.
• Collaborate with experienced litigators across different offices to provide strategic legal advice and representation in high-stakes disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and engage in trial preparation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Skills:
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the bar in the state where the application is submitted or eligible to sit for/waive into the next bar exam.

• Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000
• The actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, professional certifications or licenses held, and the location where the applicant resides or will be working.
• Bonus: A discretionary bonus may be available for eligible employees based on performance.
