Position Description

We are seeking patent litigation associates with 1–6 years of relevant experience to join our teams in New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, or Washington, D.C. offices.

Qualifications:

• 1–6 years of patent litigation experience
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Industry or academic background in technology or life sciences preferred but not required
• Must be barred in the state of the office applied to, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam

Salary range:

$235,000 – $390,000

(Actual base may vary depending on experience, credentials, and location)

A discretionary bonus may be awarded based on performance. Eligibility for benefits and bonuses will be shared during the hiring process.
