Commercial Litigation Associate - Financial Services and Consumer Products 

Location: Los Angeles

Salary: $235,000 - $260,000

Our client, a leading AM Law 200 firm, seeks a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Financial Services and Consumer Products Litigation practice group in their Los Angeles or Century City office. The chosen candidate will manage litigation matters involving financial institutions, including banks, credit card issuers, loan servicers, and auto lenders.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience with financial institutions.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Experience in both trial and appellate litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant consumer financial services laws (EFTA, FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, TILA, etc.)
