Job Summary:

As a Complex Commercial Mid-Level Litigation Associate, you will work closely with a team of attorneys and clients to develop and execute effective litigation strategies. Your role will involve handling a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including product liability, complex tort, negligence, class actions, and consumer fraud cases. This position requires a strong foundation in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, and managing all aspects of discovery and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with the legal team and clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions and manage all aspects of discovery.
• Prepare for trial, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas and/or Arkansas.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
• Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred.
• Previous state or federal court clerkship is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position with a regular in-office presence and some flexibility for work-from-home.

Physical Demands:
