Mid level Associate Attorney - Leveraged Finance

Location: Chicago/New York City

An Am Law 200 firm is in search of a mid-level associate for its Finance practice in Chicago/New York. 

The ideal candidate for this position will possess: 

• 3-5 years of experience advising on complex financing transactions. 
• Experience in leveraged finance, asset-based lending, private placements, unitranche financing, first/second lien structures, mezzanine financing, and both investment-grade and leveraged lending.  
• Strong academic qualifications and prior experience within a large law firm environment.
• Exceptional client management skills.

The starting base salary for this position is from $260,000 to $365,000 annually. 

Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
