Who We're Looking For:

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Experience in high-value residential transactions is preferred but not required. We're seeking individuals who have a strong background in drafting and negotiating documents related to both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Expertise:

Candidates should be well-versed in the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, construction contracts, modification and workout documents, leases, and related due diligence work.
