Summary
The firm is seeking a senior-level associate to join its corporate group in the San Diego office. As a senior associate, you will work on emerging growth companies, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisition transactions.
Education
Bar Admission
- Admitted to practice in California
Experience
- 6+ years of EGVC and M&A experience
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience

Pay Transparency
In accordance with California’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay rate for this position, if hired to work in California, is $390,000 - $450,000 per year. The compensation offered will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. The firm offers a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k).
