Job Description:

Seeking a mid-level corporate associate with over 3 years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for the Capital Markets and Public Companies group. Positions available in Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. Ideal candidates will have:

• Over 3 years of experience advising public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters.
• Experience representing issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings.
• Experience or interest in technology and life sciences companies (preferred).
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• DC Bar membership (preferred).

Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, licenses, and location. A discretionary performance bonus may also be available. Further details on benefits and bonus eligibility will be provided upon request.
