Job Description:

The Government Investigations and White-Collar Defense Practice Group at an Am Law 200 Firm seeks an associate to join our Boston, MA office.

The team excels in counseling, investigating, defending, and litigating all forms of government inquiry. The firm offer nationwide representation, managing matters from investigation and grand jury stages through trial and appeals, as well as collateral proceedings. We provide comprehensive services to individuals and organizations facing civil investigative demands, subpoenas, or requests for information from federal and state prosecutors or investigative agencies.

With roots dating back to the 1850s, the firm has grown to around 600 attorneys across 15 offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Its full-service platform allows attorneys to do impactful work across numerous areas, including corporate, real estate, government investigations, healthcare, and intellectual property.

Salary Information:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Anticipated Annual Salary Range: $225,000 - $275,000

Job Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will have two to four years of relevant experience.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and analytical skills and have completed a clerkship.
• Demonstrated written advocacy experience in the defense of government investigations, government enforcement litigation, and related complex civil fraud litigation is preferred.
• Massachusetts State Bar admission is required.
• Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment, and communication skills, along with a commitment to providing excellent client services.
