About the Job:

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join an Am Law 200 Firm's Commercial Litigation practice in Naples, Florida.

This role is open to candidates for the positions of Practice Group Attorney, Associate, or Senior Counsel.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience, specifically in real estate and construction litigation. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough research on complex legal issues.
• Drafting comprehensive legal memoranda and motions.
• Appearing and arguing before the court.
• Managing discovery processes, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests.
• Taking and defending depositions in real estate and construction litigation matters.
• Managing multiple client matters with a commitment to excellent client service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Substantial experience in real estate and construction litigation.
• Strong academic record.
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client service.
