The firm provide legal support to businesses of all sizes, from nascent startups to established public companies.

Role Description: The firm is expanding the private capital, investment funds team and seeking an Associate with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Our team primarily serves innovation funds, startup incubators, accelerator programs, and blockchain investment groups. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in structuring private investment vehicles, offering strategic advice, and navigating complex regulatory frameworks. Exceptional applicants with strong credentials but limited direct fund experience will also be considered.

Compensation Range:

• $260,000 - $310,000 Final offer will be determined based on the candidate's specific qualifications, experience level, educational background, relevant certifications, and office location.
