Consumer Products Associate - Mid-Level, New York / Washington, DC

A top Am Law 200 firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Consumer Products Practice Group in the New York or Washington, DC office. 

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing law in consumer products.

- Expertise in regulatory counseling and enforcement regarding the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)

- Superb legal writing skills, academic credentials, and references

- Experience representing clients in CPSC civil penalty investigations is a plus

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where they are applying. The salary range is $310,000 to $390,000, commensurate with experience.
