Description & Requirements

The firm seeks an experienced associate or junior partner with transactional tax experience to join its Corporate and Securities Practice Group. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment advising clients on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private investment fund formations and investments, and tax structuring related work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of law firm experience in U.S. and international tax law matters
• LL.M. in Tax required
• Proven experience with transactional tax, including mergers and acquisitions, private investment fund formations, and tax structuring
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become licensed as soon as possible
