About Us:

We are a progressive design firm known for our positive and collaborative work environment. We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Land Development Studio. This position can be based in Arlington, VA (DC); Charlotte, NC; Durham, NC; or Newport Beach, CA.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal engineers, landscape architects, and architects on diverse project types, including Healthcare, Civic, K-12, Higher Education, Commercial/Retail, and Office.

- Perform site visits.

- Prepare due diligence reports.

- Create construction drawings, including calculation packages.

- Manage permitting processes with local jurisdictions.

- Handle construction administration tasks.

Qualifications:

- Civil Engineer degree and registered professional engineer (PE designation).

- 3+ years of experience in producing construction documents.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD, and/or other engineering software.
