Blockchain DevOps Engineer - Join our Global Team

Location: 100% Remote

Join our client's dynamic blockchain DevOps team and help us build and deploy an automated operation and maintenance system for blockchain P2P network nodes. If you understand the consensus mechanisms of various blockchain networks and thrive in collaborative environments, we want you!

Your Role

1. Develop a high-availability system: Construct a secure system to monitor, detect, and mitigate various operation and security issues.
2. Linux system administration: Proactively manage the health, stability, and availability of system infrastructure.
3. Document key systems: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge bases.
4. Enhance P2P network security: Establish and maintain best practices in P2P network security.
5. Manage operational risks: Create, maintain, and communicate threat detection models and risk assessment reviews.

What We Need From You

1. Strong communication skills: You're a creative thinker who values teamwork and can manage projects efficiently.
2. Comfort with uncertainty: You're able to stay focused and drive tasks to completion even when the path ahead isn't completely clear.
3. Experience with large-scale infrastructure: You've deployed, operated, monitored, optimized, and troubleshooted large-scale infrastructure before.
4. Background in relevant fields: You have experience in DevOps/SRE/SysAdmin/Infrastructure Engineer roles.
5. Knowledge of high-availability infrastructure: You've managed infrastructure with high-availability requirements.
6. Secure network, system, and application expertise: You're familiar with secure architecture and development.
7. Understanding of Geth's block, transaction, TxPool, EVM, P2P protocols: You're comfortable with these domains.
8. Knowledge of websocket, full internet network stack, and Linux security: You understand these areas well.
9. Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD): Previous experience with CI/CD automation workflows/tool stack is preferred but not required.
10. Familiarity with Docker runtime, Kubernetes, and other cloud technologies: You understand these technologies.
