The firm's Chambers-rated Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group is seeking skilled attorneys to join their San Francisco office. In these roles, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-stakes civil litigation matters involving real estate and construction disputes in California – a chance to find your true calling and do work that truly matters.



What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the team to handle a varied caseload of complex real estate and construction litigation matters
  • Represent clients at all levels of trial and appellate courts, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolutions
  • Leverage your litigation skills and industry knowledge to drive successful outcomes for clients
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, managing multiple priorities with precision
  • Conduct research, drafting, and discovery for construction matters
  • Gain valuable experience with client contact, depositions, and trial/arbitration work
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, including major public entities, private developers, and contractors


What You'll Need

  • For Associate Role: 1-3 years of experience in construction litigation and strong academic credentials
  • For Department Attorney Role: 3-6 years of experience in commercial and real estate litigation
  • Admission to the California Bar
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Judicial clerkship, internship, or similar experience (preferred)
