Position Overview: We are seeking mid-level associates (class of 2020-2019) with experience in general finance to join our New York-based team.


Qualifications:

  • Strong background in drafting and negotiating loan documents, including commitment papers, security agreements, and credit agreements
  • Experience with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
  • General corporate experience
  • High level of academic achievement
  • Prior law firm experience preferred


Compensation: The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $310,000-$365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
