About the Role:

The firm is seeking a Trademark, Copyright, and Entertainment Litigation Associate to join the Intellectual Property Practice Group in Los Angeles. A fully remote position is also available. This role provides opportunities to work on dynamic and career-enhancing cases, offering strategic solutions for clients facing complex copyright, trademark, and entertainment-related litigation. The associate will have the chance to take the lead on exciting matters, collaborate with a diverse team, and grow their career.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda for state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
• Respond to complex discovery requests and communicate with opposing counsel
• Take and defend depositions, work with experts, and develop litigation strategies
• Present oral arguments at hearings and prepare for trials, including drafting exhibit lists, motions in limine, and preparing witnesses
• Draft appellate briefs

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation
• Expertise in drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, handling depositions, and managing litigation strategy
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
• Trial experience is a plus

Compensation:

• Los Angeles, CA Salary Range: $225,000 - $300,000 per year
• Potential additional compensation based on performance, experience, location, and other factors
