What you will do:

Highly obsessed in delivering the best service to customers

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications:

Diploma/ Degree holder, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience in e-commerce

Willing to work in rotational shift (Morning: 9 am - 6 pm | Night: 3 pm - 12 am)

Good communication in English

Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
