Mid-level Associate - Structured Finance

Location: New York/Chicago/Los Angeles

A leading AM Law 200 firm is in search of a talented mid-level associate to join its structured finance practice in either the Los Angeles office or the New York office.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• 3-6 years of experience within a law firm focused on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar financial structures.
• Experience in residential mortgage and other consumer finance related law
• A well-rounded background with experience across diverse asset types and structures (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Bar admission in the candidate's preferred office location (New York, Illinois or California) is a requirement.

The salary for this position is from $260,000 to $390,000 annually. 

Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
