Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a Talent Partner Admin who will be working with the Founder of EachHire in supporting a network of 100+ recruitment agencies and recruiters in their growth with us - both in their revenue and knowledge. 


You do not need to have experience working as a Talent Partner Admin - but someone with strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, work coordination and organisation skills will excel well in this role. You must enjoy working with people and should excel in a collaborative work environment. You should feel comfortable working in a fast-moving and high growth work environment. 

 

Your job scope:

1. Conduct onboarding calls with clients and talent partners onto the platform.

2. Launch Search Campaigns for Customers.

3. Following existing process in generating campaigns for customers.

4. Be a supportive team mate to Talent Partners, helping them to deliver success to customers, by understand Talent Partner challenges and support them by coming up with new solutions that could support them in delivering success to customers.   

5. Be the bridge between Talent Partners, Customers and the Technical Team to ensure the communication flow is properly managed and their needs are addressed. 

6. Work with Technical Team in brainstorming and providing solutions that could improve hiring efficiency within the platform.

7. Step in to fill the gap as needed for urgent roles placements.
