Paralegal (Probate and Foreclosure)

Location: Lake Worth, Florida

A growing law firm focusing on foreclosure and probate is seeking an independent contractor probate paralegal for 30-40 hours per week of in-person work at their Lake Worth, Florida office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a Probate Paralegal, including supervising other paralegals and at least one year of foreclosure litigation experience, managing high-volume Florida probate administrations (both summary and formal), drafting pleadings, motions, petitions, and proposed orders, and navigating Florida court systems. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under time constraints are essential. Knowledge of CRM, particularly Salesforce and Practice Panther is a plus.

The firm's work environment is friendly and supportive, with opportunities for advancement. Work is in-person, from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting and proofreading pleadings, motions, orders, and affidavits
• Client contact
• High-volume case management
• Communicating with courts and opposing counsel
• Distilling judicial instructions and scheduling hearings
• Conducting research
• eFiling (statewide)
• Providing litigation support

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
• Performance bonuses
