An Am Law 200 firm with a nationally recognized Project Finance, Infrastructure & Real Estate practice is seeking talented associates to join its teams in Boston, New York City, and Washington, DC. These are opportunities to work on sophisticated commercial real estate and affordable housing transactions while being part of an innovative, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Work on complex commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, and more
• Gain hands-on experience with affordable housing projects, government programs, and community development
• Represent developers, investors, owners, and other clients in the multifamily, retail, industrial, and other sectors
• Collaborate with colleagues firm-wide, tapping into the team's deep affordable housing expertise
• Build client relationships and take on substantive roles to drive professional growth

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, HUD programs, and affordable housing real estate transactions
• Strong academic credentials, communication abilities, and commitment to outstanding client service
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
