Associate (4 – 5 years)

Location: Boston

Associates in this role will represent private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as financial institutions providing financing to private equity firms in debt financing transactions. They will be responsible for assisting clients in structuring and executing leveraged finance transactions, offering legal guidance throughout the process. Associates will also draft and review a range of finance documents, including credit and service agreements, high-yield bond indentures, commitment letters, term sheets, security and guarantee agreements, and intercreditor and subordination agreements. Additionally, associates will support clients during and after transactions by providing legal advice to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and stay informed on industry trends and legal developments.
