POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Sales Professional’s (SP) sell products and services for their company over the phone. They also

manage client accounts and maintain relationships, all through taking and making phone calls. Sales

Professional’s takes place proactively initiates a call to a prospective customer. These calls can be for

existing customers for cross-selling / up-selling new product/service offerings or for new customer

acquisition.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

§  Contacting individual/businesses by telephone to promote consumer products or services

§  Delivering scripted sales pitch to the customers

§  Explaining the products or services to customers over the phone

§  To achieve daily and monthly sales target as set by the team leader

 




REQUIREMENTS:

 

§  Candidate must possess at least SPM

§  We are looking for individuals with good command of spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

§  Have experience in marketing, sales promoter roles & customer service are desirable

§  Past working experience in contact/call center is also welcomed

§  Sales driven/commission driven, target oriented individual

§  Minimum 2 years’ experience in the area of sales (contact center is an advantage)

§  Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines

§  Results Driven, Persistence, Go Getter, Time Management, Matured, People Management,
