Description

The firm seeks a highly qualified attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group based in Raleigh, NC. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and 3 to 5 years of law firm experience involving tort, personal injury, and complex litigation matters. The successful candidate will have exceptional oral and written communication skills, a solid scientific or medical background, and experience working with expert witnesses.

Requirements

• Extensive experience conducting research and applying laws, court decisions, scientific literature, and administrative agency documents to provide exceptional advocacy and counsel.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with attorneys, medical personnel, scientists, paralegals, legal practice assistants, and staff.
• Ability to travel for conferences, meetings, and other proceedings as necessary.
• Licensed in North Carolina, willing to take the next available North Carolina bar exam, or eligible to seek admission without examination.
