Job Description:

Seeking a mid-level corporate attorney with significant M&A experience for offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, Washington D.C or New York.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
• Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Experience or interest in technology and life sciences companies (preferred)
• Local Bar membership (preferred but not required)

Salary Range: $260,000 - $310,000. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, licenses, and location. A discretionary performance bonus may also be available. Further details on benefits and bonus eligibility will be provided upon request.
