Mid/senior level Associate Attorney - Project Finance

Location: Denver or New York

An AM Law 200 firm has an opening for a highly qualified mid-to senior-level project finance and development attorney for its Denver/New York office. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• 6+ years of project finance experience at a major national or multinational law firm.
• Expertise in credit and security paperwork, as well as diligence of large renewable and conventional power and energy projects. 
• Extensive experience running closings for project finance and acquisition (leveraged) finance transactions in power, energy and infrastructure, as well as related bid and commitment papers. 
• A combination of lender and sponsor side experience, including experience with tax equity financings and other financings for conventional power generation, renewable energy, and transportation infrastructure. 
• Prior experience with EEI, ISDA, and other comparable enabling documents

The starting base salary for this position is $390,000+ annually. 

Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
