Role Overview: The firm’s Capital Markets department is seeking mid-level and senior associates with substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate, and/or real estate. Experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle transactions related to securitization, structured finance, and structured products.
• Advise clients on corporate and real estate matters within the structured finance space.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Collaborate with partners and other associates to ensure successful transaction execution.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and support their business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate law, and/or real estate.
• Academic Excellence: Excellent academic credentials.
• Law Firm Experience: Solid work experience at a reputable law firm.
• Additional Experience: Experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance is a plus but not required.
• Communication Skills: Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Client Interaction: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Bar Admission: Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Anticipated annual base salary range of $260,000 to $435,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
