Summary
A leading law firm is seeking an associate to join its private equity group. As a private equity associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a Chambers-rated and growing practice across industries. This position is open to the Chicago office.
Education
Bar Admission
- Admitted to practice in Illinois
Responsibilities
- Represent middle-market private equity funds and their portfolio companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of transactional law experience
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience
