Summary

A leading law firm is seeking an associate to join its private equity group. As a private equity associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a Chambers-rated and growing practice across industries. This position is open to the Chicago office.

Education

  • JD required


Bar Admission

  • Admitted to practice in Illinois


Responsibilities

  • Represent middle-market private equity funds and their portfolio companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of transactional law experience
  • Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
