Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $100,000 - $220,000 per year

Your Role:

As a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney, you will:

  • Represent Clients: Handle workers' compensation cases with expertise and skill.
  • Research and Strategize: Analyze legal issues, conduct research, and develop effective strategies.
  • Practice Law: Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


What You Need:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Bar Membership: Active California State Bar membership.
  • Experience: Experience in workers' compensation defense is preferred, but strong legal background and communication skills are key.


Daily Tasks:

  • Use technology for research, communication, and other tasks.
  • Travel to different locations as needed.
  • Perform occasional physical tasks like moving files (up to 20 pounds).

  • Ability to solve complex legal challenges.
  • Proactive and client-focused approach.
