The Job:

• Identify opportunities and solve process issues in relation to the data services of the Company.
• Build AI API services to cater for the business needs.
• Design and implement solutions around data lake, data warehouse implementation ranging from architecture, ETL processes, multidimensional modeling & data marts implementation.
• Work closely with analytics and data research teams to implement a reliable data monitoring process to track sales and marketing initiatives.
• Come up with new ideas and solutions towards building a complete AI powered creative ecosystem providing API services to creative startups worldwide. 
• Manage a team of highly effective developers and engineers.

Requirements

The Person:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics / Artificial Intelligence / Software Engineering or any related field of studies.
• Experience in building distributed applications.
• Good understanding of DevOps and Agile way of working.
• Familiar with Cloud Solutions (i.e AWS, GCP) & Big Data technologies (i.e Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Impala).
• Proficient in data architecture, data warehouse, APIs, distributed systems, databases (i.e SQL & NoSQL, ETL, Python).
• At least 8 years' experience in big data development and a mix of the above-mentioned technologies.
• Possess 3 years' experience in a leadership's role (i,e team lead, development manager, architect) is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team(s) of highly talented engineers with diversified backgrounds.
• Good command in English (written and oral).
• Ability to work creatively and analytically.
• Possess a strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
