As a Business Development Representative, you will work remotely to drive sales growth and secure new business opportunities for the company. Your primary goal will be to bring in £1 million+ in additional business annually. With no cap on your OTE, there is a great incentive to achieve and exceed targets. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, with the ability to acquire new clients and build a successful sales book.
- Actively seek out and attract new clients through a proactive business development approach. - Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients worldwide. - Utilize your expertise in SaaS and digital events to identify and engage potential clients. - Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products. - Conduct business development activities at the mid to enterprise level to secure new client accounts. - Maintain accurate data entry into CRM systems to track and manage sales activities. - Thrive in a work-from-home environment and demonstrate self-motivation. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues and display familiarity with corporate culture. - Possess a genuine interest and passion for technology and its advancements.
- Proven track record in a hunter approach to business development. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development role in SaaS, preferably within the digital events industry. - At least 3 years of overall business development experience (BDR). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. - Demonstrated experience in business development at the mid to enterprise level. - Proficiency in data entry onto CRM systems. - Experience working from home with self-motivation and discipline. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and understand corporate culture. - Genuine interest and passion for technology and technical advancements.
