Technology Transactions Associate Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level) Location: San Francisco, California Experience: 3 - 5 Years of Experience in IP & Technology Transactions Law

Salary: $260,000 to $365,000 Our client is a law firm for talented, ambitious attorneys who value collaboration, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. Previous experience: Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and 3 - 5 years of drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions including: Licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements; Manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements; E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions; Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters.

Other Qualifications: Strong academic credentials in intellectual property, technology and commercial law coursework at a top-tier law school. Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence is a plus. A technical background (e.g., a science degree or computer programming experience) is a plus but, not required. The ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form is required. A strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills. California Bar Admission.
