This midlevel associate position in the Real Estate & Land Use practice group is available across several office locations.


Position Overview

The Real Estate & Land Use practice group handles a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and Dispositions
  • Leasing
  • Construction and Development
  • Financing
  • Real Estate Investment

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions and contribute to a high-caliber team on both local and national levels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Transactional Real Estate: Manage complex transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
  • Legal Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client Service: Provide strategic legal advice and solutions, ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional work and provide informed advice.


Qualifications

  • Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
  • Experience in acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Superior legal writing and drafting skills.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for real estate law.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
