Position Overview
The Real Estate & Land Use practice group handles a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and Dispositions
- Leasing
- Construction and Development
- Financing
- Real Estate Investment
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions and contribute to a high-caliber team on both local and national levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Transactional Real Estate: Manage complex transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
- Legal Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Client Service: Provide strategic legal advice and solutions, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional work and provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
- Experience in acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development is preferred.
- Skills:
- Superior legal writing and drafting skills.
- Excellent academic record.
- Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for real estate law.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
