The firm’s Antitrust practice is seeking a mid-level associate for their dynamic Washington, DC office. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collegial and expanding team that works on a variety of Antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), civil litigation, cartel investigations, and business counseling. The firm represents clients both in the U.S. and internationally across many industries. Attorneys in this group are involved in all aspects of cases and have the chance to handle significant responsibilities on complex and engaging matters.

What We're Looking For:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Interest in civil litigation (e.g., depositions, drafting court filings, managing large investigations) or a background in M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling
• Deep understanding of Antitrust matters and industry knowledge
• Previous experience at a top law firm or relevant government agency
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and dedication to delivering exceptional client service
• Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written)
• Excellent academic credentials
• Bar admission in Washington, DC, or eligibility to waive in (required)

Salary & Benefits:

For Washington, DC, the annual salary range is $310,000 to $390,000. Additional benefits include a discretionary bonus, health and welfare benefits (parental, adoption, and fertility benefits included), flexible time off, and paid holidays.
