Location Options: This role can be based in any of the firm's offices in Ohio (Akron, Columbus, Toledo), Florida (Sarasota, Tampa), North Carolina (Charlotte), or South Carolina (Charleston).

Position Overview: The firm is looking for an experienced attorney to handle complex corporate securities matters for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in public company securities law and SEC reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters
• Manage SEC reporting obligations
• Handle corporate governance issues
• Assist with M&A and venture capital transactions

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in corporate securities law
• Active bar license in the state of practice
• Proficiency in legal technology and research tools
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
