About the Role:

• Mid-level associate position in the Venture & Growth group
• Handle upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and, sponsor backed deals for banks and private credit funds
• Work from any US office including:

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools
• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction you are applying

Pay Transparency:

• California/NYC/Washington D.C./Washington state: $345,000 - $400,000
• Compensation depends on factors like geographic market, skills, experience
