Summary

A mid-level associate is sought to join the Investment Funds group. This position is open to the Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco offices.

Education

• JD

Bar Admission

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds
• Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts, and structuring carry vehicles is preferred

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency

In accordance with California, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, New York City, or Washington, D.C. is $260,000 – $390,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
