Junior Real Estate Associate

Location: Los Angeles, California

The Los Angeles Real Estate Group in an AM Law 200 firm seeks a recent graduate (class of 2023) to work on complex real estate transactions. This includes acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, co-investments, sales/leasebacks, restructurings, fund formation and development across various property types. The role will provide exposure to a diverse clientele including developers, investment banks, pension funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity funds, investors and major corporations.

The starting base salary for Los Angeles position is expected to be $225,000 annually. The final salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (class of 2023)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
