Mid/Senior level Associate Attorney - Private Funds 

Location: New York City

An AM Law 200 firm is in search of a mid/senior-level associate to join its Private Funds practice in New York. 

The ideal candidate for this position will possess: 

• 3-7 years of experience advising established and emerging fund sponsors on the formation of private investment funds, separate accounts, and other investment vehicles.
• Strong academic qualifications from a reputable law school. 

The starting base salary for this position is from $260,000 to $420,000 annually. 

Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
