A prominent Am Law 200 firm's Chicago Litigation Group seeks junior, mid-level, and senior associates (Classes of 2018-2023) with litigation experience.
The group has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of complex commercial claims, including: Contract disputes;Fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference claims, Non-compete litigation, Merger-related litigation and control disputes, Joint venture and partnership disputes, Bankruptcy and restructuring-related issues, Statutory claims
Candidates should possess experience in core litigation skills, such as discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation. While not required, exposure to and interest in cybersecurity and data privacy law is a plus.

The starting base salary for this position in Chicago is expected to be between $235,000 and $420,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. The current hybrid work model consists of working in the office Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for remote work during specified periods throughout the year.
