With the recent addition of a lateral capital markets partner, we're on the lookout for exceptional lateral candidates (Classes of 2020-2016) with expertise in capital markets and securities transactions. This includes handling initial public offerings (IPOs), high-yield and investment-grade debt, convertible notes, public and private equity offerings, and general corporate and securities matters. Competitive Compensation:
The starting base salary for this position in Palo Alto is anticipated to range between $310,000 to $435,000 annually. The final salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable regulations.

- Lead transactions across the spectrum of equity and debt capital markets, including headline-grabbing deals.
- Work on traditional capital markets transactions like IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, investment-grade debt, and more.
- Structure and execute complex capital markets transactions, including tender offers, spin-offs, and restructurings.
- Build relationships with a diverse range of public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity firms.
- Forge lasting connections with colleagues and clients.
