Junior Associate Attorney - Business Litigation

Location: San Francisco

Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a commercial litigation associate with 2- 4 years of experience to join its litigation and trial practice group in San Francisco.

They will be entrusted with handling complex commercial litigation matters for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with excellent academic credentials
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrated experience managing discovery processes in litigation matters
• Prior experience at a large law firm litigation department or a civil litigation boutique firm
• Admission to the California Bar Association is mandatory

The starting base salary for this position is from $235,000 to $310,000 annually. 

Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
