Associate Attorney - International Trade

Location: Washington, D.C.

A leading AmLaw 200 firm is searching for an associate to join its international trade practice located in Washington, D.C.

The primary focus of this role will be on matters involving Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC).

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Two to five years of experience in Section 337 investigations and/or other international trade matters (antidumping, countervailing duties, safeguards, Section 232 national security reviews, Section 301 proceedings).
• Excellent academic credentials
• Prior experience in international trade law is preferred
• An undergraduate degree in a technical field is beneficial but not required for candidates with demonstrably relevant experience
