About the Role:

A leading global law firm is seeking Staff Attorneys with relevant Government Contracts, DCSA, and FOCI experience to join our National Security practice in Washington, D.C. As a Staff Attorney, you'll be part of a team of experienced attorneys working on complex national security matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting due diligence reviews
• Drafting and reviewing public disclosures
• Reviewing documents
• Preparing privilege logs
• Conducting legal research
• Writing on document production and privilege issues

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Government Contracts, DCSA, and FOCI
• Graduate of an ABA accredited law school
• Strong academic performance
• Eligible to waive into the District of Columbia bar (if not already a member)

Compensation:

• Starting base salary expected to be between $136,500 and $160,000 annually
