Job Description:


We are currently seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing executive compensation plans
  • Handling labor and employment issues
  • Crafting employment agreements
  • Managing the executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits
  • Admission to the New York Bar
  • Prior experience at a large law firm preferred, but not mandatory
